Sonset Projects (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides fencing, gates, patios, decking, railings, landscaping and related services based in Newport and across South Wales and Bristol. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have.

• The type of work you’re interested in and any details or photographs you send.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever information you share in that conversation.

We also collect limited technical and marketing information automatically, but only where you have accepted analytics and advertising cookies. This may include how you found and used the site, and advertising identifiers (such as a Google Ads click identifier and campaign details) so we can understand which adverts lead to genuine enquiries.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• To arrange and carry out any work you book with us;
• To keep reasonable records of quotes and jobs;
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (only with your consent).

• Google (Analytics and Ads) — website measurement and advertising, where you have consented;
• Meta / WhatsApp — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job details only for as long as needed to provide quotes and work, and to keep reasonable business records, after which we delete or securely dispose of them.
