Gates · Newport · South Wales · Bristol

Gates that swing true, year after year.

From a simple side gate to a wide double driveway gate, we build and hang made-to-measure gates across Newport, South Wales and Bristol. Properly braced, properly hung, and built to match your fencing.

The right gate, made to fit

Off-the-shelf gates rarely fit a real opening, and that's why so many sag or catch within a year. We measure up, build to size and hang on quality hinges and posts so your gate opens cleanly and closes flush, every time.

Want it to match the fence? No problem. We make gates in timber, low-maintenance composite and metal manufactured from Colorbond® steel, with the option of locks, latches and slam shuts to keep things secure.

Gate questions, answered

Can you match a new gate to my existing fence?

Yes. We build gates to match the style, height and material of your fence — timber, composite or metal — so it looks like part of the run, not a bolt-on.

Do you fit locks and latches?

We do. Slam-shut latches, bolts and locks to suit how you'll use the gate, and we'll recommend the right setup for security and day-to-day ease.

How wide can a driveway gate be?

We fit single and double-leaf gates. For wide openings we use heavy-duty posts, hinges and bracing so even a big gate stays square and doesn't drop over time.

Why do so many gates end up sagging or catching?

It's nearly always a cheap off-the-shelf gate or undersized posts and hinges. We measure the opening, build to size and hang on quality ironmongery so it swings true and latches first time.
