What South Wales customers say
Real words from real jobs. Plenty more on our reviews page.
We hired Harley to put up a 25 metre fence along the side of our house and we were very impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail, always communicating with us throughout and remaining tidy and on time.
Harley has been such a massive help with our garden renovations. I'm really pleased with both the fence and gate installation as well as our new patio. I would recommend his services to everyone who wants a professional who is both tidy and punctual.
Fencing across South Wales: your questions
How far across South Wales do you travel?
We're based in Newport and cover a wide patch: Cwmbran, Caerphilly and Cardiff, up through Pontypool and Abergavenny into the valleys, and east to Chepstow and Caldicot. If you're in South East Wales, we can almost certainly help.
What's the best fence for an exposed valley garden?
Hillside and valley gardens catch a lot of wind. We usually steer people towards metal fencing manufactured from Colorbond® steel or panels set on DuraPost steel posts — both are wind-rated and won't rot like timber posts in wet ground.
Will a new fence cope with the Welsh weather?
It will if it's built for it. We favour composite and metal systems that don't rot, warp or need painting, and where timber is used we set posts properly and treat the lot. Less repainting, fewer repairs, longer life.
Do you cover Cardiff?
Yes, Cardiff and the surrounding area are well within our patch, on the same honest pricing as everywhere else we work.
